Overview

Eagle Ray is looking for Configuration Management to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command with Engineering Technical Assistance Support Activities. This position will support to the mission within these possible Task areas: Cybersecurity accreditation efforts for the cyberspace platform and converged infrastructure, Technology Assessments/Pilots of Open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other capabilities to meet Army Intelligence gaps/requirements, Input for the development of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTmLPF-P) assessments for Data Science and Defensive Cyberspace Operations Intelligence Support initiatives, Liaison personnel with sufficient expertise to serve as INSCOM liaison to external and Offensive Cyberspace Tool Development.

Responsibilities

* Provide agile Software Configuration Management (SwCM) methodologies, tools, and implement process improvement practices related to configuration management activities and establishing baselines in accordance with Army, DoD and INSCOM policies and guidelines.
* Propose, develop and implement standard procedures for CM to include engineering change control procedures and support procedures.
* Develop or update CM Plans, and provide input/review to other projects.
* Maintain software/hardware management plan and procedures to ensure accountability of all COTS, GOTS, and G7 hardware and software licenses.
* Contractor shall maintain inventory of GOTS, COTs, licenses and hardware and ensure all inventory is updated in a timely manner and is accurate.

Qualifications

Required:

* Active TS/SCI Clearance
* BS Degree with 10 yrs. exp. in Configuration Management
* or 20 yrs. exp. in Configuration Management
* Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile ALM methodologies.
* Min. of 3-5 yrs. exp. in build/release engineering and configuration management.
* Experience with package management tools.
* Experience in CM tools and databases and repositories.
