Analyst is responsible for the administration, control, and maintenance of the Mitchel Field Trident Configuration Management (CM) departmental files, its unclassified files, its Secret safes, and its databases. Responsible for the preparation, control, and update of process documents (Departmental Operating Procedures) governing the Analyst's job functions and responsibilities and the CM department's processes. Assist in processing and database tracking of ECRs, PCOs, SPALTs, Temporary Modifications, and Waivers and Deviations to control changes to and describe variances to Product Configurations and Design Disclosure Package (DDP) documentation. Assist with monthly CM metrics collection, analysis, and reporting.

Familiar with the Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) system commands, environment, processes, and procedures. Preparing, processing, and tracking Hardware Initial Releases, Change Notices (CNs), Change Requests (CRs), and Problem Reports (PRs) in the EPDM database system.

1. Responsible for creating, updating, maintaining, and processing CM documentation including CNs, CRs, and PRs.

2. Responsible for creating, updating, maintaining, and processing Engineering Drawings, Parts, Parts Lists (PLs) , and Equipment Product Structure into the EPDM database.

3. Responsible for EPDM database administration, data entries, updates, and maintenance.

4. Responsible for contribution to the update and maintenance of process documentation for items 1 through 3 above.

The Analyst supports LM, ISO, and government compliance audits and prepares responses and corrective action plans to resolve audit findings and improve Trident processes. Supports LM and government Security audits and prepares responses and corrective action plans to resolve audit findings and improve Security processes.

This job requires a Secret clearance and knowledge of Security processes and procedures to avoid violations. The analyst handles, stores, and coordinates the destruction of Confidential and Secret documentation and media via Classified Material Requisition (CMR). Maintains liaison with LM Mitchel Field departments, Mitchel Field resident government representatives from DCMA, SPSM, and SP24, and external LM, government, and subcontractor representatives.

Basic Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience.
