Job Summary:

The Configuration Analyst/ Business Analyst will be responsible for requirement gathering of configuration needs, Master data identification and departmental process changes of a new accounting system from legacy system using PMI standardized formats for documentation. This role will work directly with the Project Manager and Business users to define scope for the overall transition to a new ERP system and define the appropriate steps to retire the legacy application.

The configuration analyst will also liaison with data teams to identify, define and help manage data transformation needs, including the development of post deployment test cases in DEV and UAT for both data validation and end-user business functional requirements.

Post migration, the Configuration analyst will Maintain a strong working knowledge of the new ERP system and continually strive to enhance knowledge through ongoing training and process improvement utilizing the new ERP system and modules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Support the Migration of ERP/Accounting System from inception to completion in an Analyst role.
* Identifying, documenting and communicating Change Management associated with the migration, including master data and business process changes.
* Documenting data mapping and data translation requirements for migration
* Creating test cases for Pre/Post deployment date validation.
* Creating standard operation procedures to maintain proper data integrity and compliance post deployment.

Requirements:

* Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Detail Oriented.
* Knowledgeable with systems administration and support.
* Knowledgeable configuration of an ERP system.
* Has participated in an analyst role supporting an ERP implementation/migration
* Understanding of big-picture effects of implementation to identify change management communication needs and process improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using PDI Software
