Computer Systems Analyst - Global Mercury Value & Expense (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tysons, VA.

Provide operational support to impact the structure of EY's financial systems, including EY's SAP centric platform supporting Customer to Cash processes. Support conversion templates and the conversion of data for wave countries. Resolve financial application issues that arise from the firm's global software. Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions or problems. Identify sources and trends of functional and technical issues to help prevent future occurrences that will negatively impact the customer experience. Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses. Support team leads on the financial module of SAP solution design. Monitor and track all the outstanding issues related to engagement setup, service codes and other applications for resolution. Conduct initial research to identify root cause of the issues reported. Provide dashboard metrics to management on issues reported and aging analysis of issues. Provide appropriate escalation to management for urgent issues. Work with the lead to socialize with the global SL CFOs, region/country representatives and other key areas. Share knowledge and experience with team members.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 2 Years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, implementation, configuration, upgrade, testing, training and production support with a preferred focus on SAP finance solutions (new GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury, BPC, and/or FSCM), CO (CCA, PCA, PA, IO, and/or PS) and Material Management.

Must have 3 Years of functional and/or technical experience in supporting global finance systems (e.g. SAP) including knowledge of governance, data flows, processes and best practices in the large global corporate environment.

Must have 2 years of experience in developing system and user documentation: business process procedures, process design documents with process flows using Visio, presentations using PowerPoint.

Must have 2 Years of experience in software development lifecycle methods, processes, tools, and best practices, including data migration using LSMW.

Must have 3 Years of experience working in multicultural global environment, with on and offshore staff for project work and production support (run) service delivery.

Must have 2 years of presentation and user-training experience, including delivery of deep-dive sessions in a remote online environment using Skype, Webex and similar tools.

Must have 2 years client facing experience with developed strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels and convey technical information in a simple way.

Travel required up to 20%, of which 15% may be international, to serve client needs.
