We are offering a full time position in a large scale, heterogeneous IT environment to a qualified individual who is proficient in multiple aspects of IT. The Computer System Analyst has the opportunity to contribute and learn all aspects of technology: Operating systems, networking, information protection, programming, web services, database, or whatever your passion is.
Specific project opportunities include:
o Software lifecycle automation
o Business process web apps
o Large scale client fleet automation
o Client tech refresh

This position is located at a Lockheed Martin facility in ARLINGTON, VA.
Basic Qualifications
o Minimum 1 year previous professional experience
o Prior experience with systems administration
o Operational proficiency in Windows & UNIX: Should be able to install O/S & software via automated processes, integrate with various directory services & platforms, and apply information protections such as password controls across platforms.
o Prior help desk experience; troubleshooting
o Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
o Proficient in automated provisioning.
o Customer service experience / focus
o Proficient in the use of the command line to perform administrative duties.
o Proficient in systems programming to automate configuration management and compliance standards.
o Must be able to demonstrate a technical troubleshooting process.
o Proficient in design, administration, and troubleshooting of local area networking (LAN).
o Proficient at reading & writing technical documentation.
o Demonstrated ability to liaison between technical and non technical teams/individuals.
o Eligibility to obtain a US DoD Security Clearance for which US citizenship is required.
