SUMMARY

Responsible for design, development, and testing of object-oriented and service-oriented software applications. Also responsible for maintaining existing software, including application enhancements, troubleshooting errors, and any other application related issues that arise. Responsible for performing technical software application team lead responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Full-stack development leveraging Microsoft .NET web and cloud technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Azure, etc.;
* Designs, develops, tests and implements business software applications;
* Audits system processing to track and correct software errors, hardware errors and performance issues;
* Participates in various scrum team roles;
* Provides development and support for major integration initiatives with new and existing customers;
* Responsible for delegating and monitoring work, reviewing work of team members, and providing feedback regarding software application design, development, testing, and maintenance;
* Other duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience

7+ years of professional software development experience leveraging Microsoft .NET technologies

Prior experience in a team lead role preferred

Advanced to expert-level proficiency with ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript and jQuery

Development experience with Azure is preferred• Expertise in full stack software design and code, including Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD)

Understanding of development methodologies desired

Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic / collaborative environment

Skilled in developing n-tier .NET applications in a service oriented architecture

Thorough understanding of object oriented programming including design patterns

Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization models, and advanced understanding of SQL
