Job Description

Desired Clearance Requirements: Possess current TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance based on a current SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation) background check.

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related technical discipline.

Desired Experience: Ten (10) years of practical experience in network design, integration, analysis, troubleshooting, documenting, and operation of computer equipment and network devices (router, switches and encryption devices).

Experience should be heavy in network analysis, network security certifications, and Modeling and Simulation. Depending on Task Order requirements: (a) experience should include any IA developmental and operational T&E, computer network defense and incident response, malware detection and protection, Red Team exercise planning and support, security T&E, cyber threat intelligence assessment, planning realistic cyber test, and mission/cyber/network critically analysis; (b) Experience should be providing support to network security operations and enabling efforts by reviewing and analyzing national security policy and military strategy and other relevant material and activities. Also, demonstrate expertise to identify and analyze system and network interoperability and security issues; (c) Experience with analyzing trial data and/or metadata of current or proposed network defense methods, tools, successful intrusion kill chains, to evaluate the effectiveness of Computer Network Defense (CND) methods and tools; (d) Experience with providing network threat analysis reports and briefs, describing the capabilities, limitations, doctrine and objectives of established, emerging and potential adversarial network threats, and the risks these threats may pose to theater mission objectives; (e) Experience involving vulnerability assessments, results analysis and proposed risk mitigation solutions; (f) Experience involving DoD architecture, strategic planning, concept of operations, performance attributes, system architecture and design, evolving methodologies and statutory and regulatory requirements; (g) Experience with systems engineering and all engineering disciplines, engineering management plan development; verification of requirements and architectural design implementation; (h) Experience with system performance evaluation, system specifications, technical constraints, environmental constraints, analysis of alternatives, risk management, conflict or deficiency identification, and mitigation strategies.

Have IA training, certification, certification maintenance, and continuing education necessary to meet Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements for a minimum of IAT certification level III as described in DoD 8570.01M.
