* collaborate with data governance Leads within the AM Chief Data Office to gather data governance requirements and ensure their successful delivery through technology solutions.
* build and enhance the Collibra platform for data governance initiatives, interacting across departments (business, operations, and IT) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* establish & manage a team of skilled engineers & business analysts in multiple locations to execute Data Governance strategy and manage the development of custom capabilities & workflows within the AM strategic data governance solution Collibra, overseeing overall functional design, development, and testing.
