About the Department:
Product Engineering's Data Architecture team is responsible for advanced data pipelines, high availability software architectures, and improving operations through integration and automation. Data Architecture works horizontally across several functional organizations and is key to driving yield and performance distributions.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to contribute significantly to software engineering, continuous integration, continuous delivery and high availability frameworks. Contributions will span many areas the key of which are container management, cloud infrastructure and application development. As a key member of the team you will have significant deliverables in order to achieve overall product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate new concepts and best practices.
2. Assist software architects in analysis and debug of critical applicaton infrastructure.
3. Participate on cross-functional teams, work closely with product engineering, and help resolve production related issues.
4. Write and maintain documents on best practices for continous integration and deployment.
