Job SummaryThe AWS Services team are responsible for providing expert advice and assistance in design and delivery of FICO's solutions within an AWS platform. This comprises both migration of existing products, as well as development of new products within a cloud platform environment. The team also covers platform engineering and platform support within AWS and engineering and operation of shared services. Job Description What You'll Contribute Engage with product teams to provide expert advice on migrating existing products into an AWS environment Engage with product teams to provide expert guidance on developing new products within an AWS environment Provide AWS Best practice guidance to all other FICO teams Provide AWS operational guidance both internal to the team, and for external operations teams Assist with Infrastructure Engineering team to design and maintain an appropriate AWS shared "Infrastructure" component Operate and support AWS shared services components Investigate and provide feedback on new AWS services and solutions Provide guidance on delivering solutions that deliver cross platform compatibility What We're Seeking Educated to Degree level AWS Certified 3 years+ experience in either an AWS Operations or Engineering team UNIX / Linux systems administration skills Windows system administration skills Basic understanding of infrastructure components, including virtualization, networking, storage, and encryption Experience with the DevOps methodology and configuration management tools such as Puppet or Chef Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS tools such as CloudFormations, Terraform, and ServiceNow Familiarity with working in a security conscious environment Scripting experience in Bash, Perl or Python is desirable Our Offer to You A culture and work environment strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
