We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Solutions professional with 7+ years of experience in architecting, implementing, and maintaining enterprise scale private cloud systems. This individual must have well-rounded experience and technical abilities including L3 systems administrator experience, data center infrastructure knowledge, systems engineering and be familiar with application development. This candidate should be detail oriented with a strong technology background as well as solid business analytical and deductive reasoning skills. Candidate must be able to thrive in a global environment and be able to influence change.

Technical Skills

* 7+ years' experience in distributed Infrastructure support, architecture and/or engineering
* Solid experience primarily in a Private Cloud environment; Public and Hybrid cloud is a plus
* Virtualization (VMware), containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker), storage (ScaleIO /vSAN/ SAN / NAS), software defined networking
* Architecture experience to handle complex x86 Solutions, coordinate with business partners / vendors and design economically efficient solutions
* Solid understanding of the underlying Data Center physical infrastructure such as Converged & Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Spine & Leaf Network, structured cabling, etc.
* Database knowledge is plus (Oracle, SQL and MongoDB)
* Experience with data protection (snapshot, backup, recovery)
* Experience in Data Center migration is a plus

* Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership, with extremely strong abilities in relationship management
* Ability to make well defined technical decisions pertaining to technical deployment strategy in meeting the business needs. This individual must be able to make decisions with conviction
* Ability to exercise creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading edge technology and/or integrating diverse user systems
* Must be able to analyze the financial aspects of technology
* Ability to consume and analyze data, organize into reports, and convert into knowledge that provides actionable intelligence
* Solid project management skills, effectively arranging resources and managing multiple small to large scale projects in a cross-functional environment, working both independently or as a group
* Advanced MS Excel
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are critical, along with the ability to lead team or individual presentations
* Speaks English fluently
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
