As A Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) Workday Recruiting Lead, a typical day to include the following:

Overview

* Responsible for leading all stages of the project life-cycle for the client, from requirements definition gathering to project planning and implementation of Workday Recruiting
* Manage the successful and on-schedule completion of Workday Recruiting activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle
* Focus on strategy, scope, risk, escalations, staffing and budget
* Ensure adherence to Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) methodology and best practices
* Train and mentor less experienced team members
* Engage on multiple concurrent projects

Accountabilities
* Lead client discussions on Workday functional requirements and design
* Build and test Workday and ensure that all requirements meet the client needs
* Lead customer confirmation sessions with the client to review the configured tenant
* Use the methodology and processes to implement successfully while remaining agile and flexible to client changing needs
* Supervise consultants/analysts through execution of their tasks (configuration, migration, defect resolution, etc)
* Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads and configuration
* Adhere to Alight Cloud Deployment Solutions (CDS) methodology and best practices
* Perform research on issues, identify root cause, and implement corrective measures
* Recognize process/methodology inefficiencies and recommends improvements
* Answer all inquiries and complete all deliverables on a timely basis
* Understand priorities and request support when needed
* Analyze risk and seek preventative measures
* Demonstrate ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision
* Demonstrate ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
* Follow through on tasks and commitments; demonstrate strong work ethic and set an example for others
* Exchange information with appropriate people to complete work and keep information confidential as needed
* Develop working relationships and communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients
* Provide high level of customer service to ensure client is enthusiastic about Alight
* Keep Project Manager informed on project escalations
* Train and mentor less experienced team members
* Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of internal tools
* Complete all required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certification
* Participate in internal training, Workday Wednesdays and other events that help share knowledge across the practice

Qualifications

* Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%

Knowledge and Expertise of:

* Workday Recruiting Certification is required
* 5 to 7 plus years of experience in HRIS field implementing HCM and/or Applicant Tracking (Recruiting) systems
* Knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements
* Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
* Workday certified in Recruiting, with previous experience as an Enterprise Architect or Functional Area Lead on multiple Workday deployments

Education:

Bachelor's degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
