What you'll do:

* Collaborate with a cross-functional team of application developers, engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions using AWS public cloud services.
* Maintain performance and availability of production systems in the AWS public cloud infrastructure.
* Proactively ensure maximum uptime and availability of the cloud resources
* Proactively monitor the production environment and continuously improve the existing monitoring setup
* Provide support to the other team on their AWS cloud-related requirements.
* Write and maintain code for automating the creation of cloud assets such as Lambda functions.
* Write and maintain terraform and ansible configuration
* Write and maintain clear documentation and standards for cloud operations.
* Contribute to technical discussions and architecture planning.
* Attend daily standups and regular scrum meetings.

Requirements:

* BS in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in the field of systems administration or DevOps.
* 1+ years of experience supporting production workloads from a public cloud provider (AWS preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in scripting or programming languages such as shell script, Perl, Ruby or Python.
* 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code solution such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, CloudFormation, Terraform.
* 3+ years of experience in Linux operating system.
* Working knowledge of fundamental networking, security, and systems engineering concepts such as TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, Load Balancing, SSL.
* Familiarity with relational database concepts.
* Experience working with a source control system such as git.
* Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies

* Experience with Function as a Service deployment using AWS Lambda
* Experience with ElasticSearch
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines
* Experience working in a Hybrid cloud environment
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools
* Experience working in an Agile Scrum or Kanban model
* Experience with Serverless applications
