NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Clinical-Technical Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This position will be a part of our Clinical Service Desk. This is a call center environment in which we support our customers 24/7. Shift work is required including nights and weekends.

Local candidates preferred.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

* Respond to emails regarding the Clinical and technical applications. Email may include, but are not limited to, install, moves, add or changes, application issues or user access
* Receive, analyze, and process the email and self-service requests submitted and key into Service Now ticket system.
* Tracking and documenting the appropriate comments, send emails to appropriate departments for processing in a timely manner
* Responsible for 2-hour response time on a 24/7 desk

Required skills and experience:

* 1+ years technical support delivery experience in Epic Applications
* Shift flexibility - nights and weekend work will be required
* High school diploma or equivalent required



The ideal candidate will have:

* 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Previous experience in a call center environment
* Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems
* Certifications in one or more EMR applications
* ServiceNow experience
* Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred
* Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
