What You'll Do

* Drive agile process and support data for two pre-clinical data teams
* Collect user "stories" (requirements), conducting analysis of requirements to determine actions required to meet success criteria, and with user requirement acceptance/testing
* Collaborate with scientists, data managers, and technology teams to document and leverage their understanding of the data, and actively participate in agile work practices

What You Have

* Experience with pharmaceutical R&D process
* Experience with pharmaceutical pre-clinical (e.g., animal) data (e.g., toxicology, pathology, ADME, DMPK, imaging) and data standards (e.g., CDISC SEND) used in the process of pharmaceutical R&D
* Experience with agile methodology and supporting tools used in software development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
* Software development experience a plus
* Programming experience a plus (Python or R)
