We have a great opportunity for a Financial Program Scheduler in Clifton, NJ who will be responsible for maintaining schedule analysis documentation in support of assigned programs or projects.

* Prepare develop and coordinate integrated master plan and integrated master schedule (IMP/IMS) using MS Project.
* Resource load the IMS for integration and provide customer and internal reports and variances.
* Develop the CWBS, RAM, Dictionary etc.
* Meet all program objectives in tracking plans and schedules and performing Earned Value management (EVM) and technique on new and existing programs - using Gantt, PERT etc.
* Identify critical path, logic, risks, knowledge of MPM or other Earned Value System
* Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
* Responsible for the analysis of network logic and critical path.
* Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule.
* Reviews and resolves critical path and network logic errors, inconsistencies and conflicts.
* Ensures management understanding of network logic, Gantt, pert, milestone charts, and resource information in the schedule.
* Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
* Participates in scheduling status reviews.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Finance, Business or related field. 2+ years' experience (0+ years with Masters' degree) tracking and maintaining system documentation for Program and Project Scheduling and employing techniques to access performance.
* 2+ years administrating an Earned Value Management System, MS Project, IMP/IMS, EVMS, Contractual CPR's

Preferred Additional Skills:

* Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Experience in a DOD (Department of Defense) environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.
* Detail oriented and organized.
