Due to high demand during the months of January, February and March, we're looking for outstanding Client Support Associates to add to our team. Our Client Support Associates must be able to understand client concerns, discover why the client has a particular need and quickly problem solve to find the best solutions available. This role mainly includes supporting the CQ Roll Call product family, though it can also entail supporting other FiscalNote products.
