ABOUT THE TEAM:

FIS is looking for a Client Services Analyst to join our team in San Francisco or Petaluma, CA. This person will serve as a liaison between end-users and clients in support of a variety of projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will wear many hats, and be the liaison between development, product and our clients.

* You will be working with clients to document requirements and write user stories for Development
* You will be managing defect reports and advocating for the needs of the client
* You will ensure requests are met as well as articulating unique needs to ensure all parties are on the same page
* You will be executing application builds, as well as preparing configurations for deployment

WHAT YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of business analysis and/or experience providing support in a software environment.

* You have a general understanding of, or experience with, the software development lifecycle
* You are very organized and detail-oriented; able to work with shifting priorities
* You love working with clients and providing excellent customer service
* You are looking to join our team and build a long-term career with FIS

ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

* Financial technology industry experience a plus!
