TTEC is seeking a Cisco Server Installation Telecommunications Senior Engineer to join our Technology Services team. This is a telecommuting opportunity with client site travel requirements up to 50%.

What you'll be doing:
As part of our Professional Services Engineering team, you will provide installation and component level Cisco (UC) solution upgrades for our enterprise level contact or call center customers.
What you'll bring to us:
* Project team member involved in the deployment of full-life cycle Cisco contact center project integrations including core server work.
* Under the direction of the Lead Solution Architect, perform analysis and diagnosis of data network issues
* Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of eLoyalty Professional Services staff, client resources, contract resources and 3rd party vendors.
* Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned eLoyalty Project Manager
What skills you'll need:
* 4 years installing UCCE product suite.
* Experience in implementing Active Directory Organizational Unit
* Experience in upgrading UCCE Common Ground and Tech Refresh Methodologies
* Advanced networking experience using multiple Ethernet cards on a single server.
* Experience doing numerous installations and upgrades of above core OS's.
* Experience working with complex software applications such as Exchange, CRM/Helpdesk applications, or MSSQL/Oracle databases.
* Server hardware experience configuring varying levels of RAID and establishing SAN connectivity.
* Installation and Administration experience with VMWare.
* Foundation knowledge of Routing an Switching
* Creating and Editing Documentation to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
* Ability to troubleshoot installation related anomalies
* Certifications desired include MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, VCP
