Change Manager- Organizational Development - Contract (Local Candidates - No travelers)

Lake Shore Associates (LSA) is seeking a high-energy Change Manager that brings passion and pride to work every day. Individual should be self-directed and driven to deliver exemplary results in a client-focused environment. The ideal candidate has experience working on cloud technology implementations, developing and delivering change management solutions and previous experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Responsibilities:

* Apply established Organizational Change methodologies and industry best practices to develop the successful deployment of new product capabilities
* Manage and implement core OCM activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications and training).
* Working with cross-functional teams to execute on change strategies and activities.
* Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
* Recommend approaches to align key organizational stakeholders to the change.
* Construct performance measurement dashboard(s) for assessing performance of client employees
* Design, develop and deliver instructional workshops and coaching to the client team for the work items described above
* Required Qualifications:


* At least 5 years of Change Management experience is required
* Experience supporting Organizational Change in an Agile environment is highly preferred
* At least 2 years of demonstrated experience on cloud technology implementations
* Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects/program using industry-accepted project management process, methodologies and techniques
* Certification with Prosci or comparable methodology preferred
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
* Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills
* Experience in a consulting environment, preferably as part of the Big Four or in a top-tier consulting firm.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
