Change Management Project Manager

Can you lead, manage, and deliver organization-wide change initiatives that progresses the organization's strategic and cultural objectives? Can you work autonomously with little guidance and direction to deliver projects on-time that meets customer, organizational, and cultural objectives? You will utilize change management principles and practices to advise leadership and program owners on change planning and program design. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Change Management within the Culture and Employee Experience Team.

In this role, you will:

* Advise senior leadership and program owners on Change Management, Strategy, and Change Leadership opportunities
* Support and lead enterprise-wide culture programs, including listening (i.e., feedback) strategies and recognition programs
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior Change Management personnel and colleagues in change management practices.
* Lead organizational change initiatives from beginning-to-end, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, and key partners are active and committed throughout the process. More specifically, you will:
* Identify change impacts and risks; craft plans to mitigate risks to employee adoption, including points of resistance and potential performance gaps
* Conduct project and program change and organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure the business is prepared for upcoming mindset, behavioral, policy, process, and technology changes
* Design and deploy a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to, a partner analysis and engagement plan, leadership alignment and sponsorship approach, change communication plan, and enablement plan(s)
* Craft change and project communications
* Develop benchmarks to evaluate the success of change initiatives (e.g., support, adoption, engagement, enablement)
* Create change management products and presentation materials; present plans and presentations to leadership and partners

Qualifications:

* Master's Preferred. MBA or M.S. Organizational Development or related field
* B.S. Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
* 5 or more years (8 or more preferred) related experience, with 3 or more years (4 or more preferred) leading projects from ideation to implementation
* Requires knowledge in change management principles and practices, Change Management Certification Preferred
* Demonstrated experience leading diverse and cross-functional teams
* Ability to work with and connect with all levels of an organization
* Salary will be commensurate with experience
