Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

* Apply a structured FCCB methodology and lead change management activities for Hardware and Software that impact Elgin Factory and Contract Manufacturing partners
* Assess the change impact
* Complete change management assessments and cost mitigation
* Create change management strategy working with various stake holders including Planning
* Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation for the Change involved
* Identify and manage anticipated resistance
* Consult and coach project team functional members
* Support communication efforts
* Support and engage senior leaders when and where necessary
* Coordinate efforts with other Project Managers( Infrastructure and Subscriber)
* Integrate change management activities into project plan using FCCB
* Manage stakeholders
* Track and report issues
* Define and measure success metrics ( Zero Spills post change implementation)and monitor change progress
* Manage FCCB portfolio and change load
* Actively improve processes and participate in Kaizen

Skills and qualifications

* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools like FCCB.
* Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Excellent active listening skills.
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
