Here everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Change and Release Management Lead working in the IT Service Management team, a typical day will include:

OBJECTIVES:

This lead covers all global change management activities for ITIL process. Duties include:

* Develop and continuously improve Change and Release Management processes, procedures, and methodologies based upon ITIL principles and SDLC process
* Ensure the change and release processes evolves to meet the needs of the organization

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Work with cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets to support successful configuration, change, and release management
* Provide recommendations and input to management on existing or new processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness of Change Management
* Lead Change Advisory Board and ensure the board is authoritative and effective
* Ensure Change Advisory Board has appropriate representation from various business verticals & operations teams
* Prepare and distribute change agenda for Change Advisory Board meetings
* Track all requests for change throughout the change and release process along with impacted configuration items using the designated ITSM tools
* Support configuration management identification and documentation in the review, processing and approval of requests for change
* Help determine configuration items and environments which require change control, in support of change process and policy
* Lead implementation of any new Global Change/Release Management polices changes/updates
* Responsible for management reports related to process outcomes and KPI reporting on effectiveness of processes
* Provide guidance and coaching, develop training plans, and answer day-to-day questions for team members
* Lead projects with specific focus to further standardize and optimize process and procedures in alignment with IT initiatives
* Provide development coaching, to colleagues around operational gaps and drive standardized work
* Facilitate root cause analysis and After-Action Reviews to identify appropriate process solutions

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

* Bachelor's Degree or high school degree and 8+ years of work experience in any business related field


* 5+ years of experience with extensive subject matter expertise in IT Services Management (ITSM)


* ITIL V3 Intermediate Level Certification required, ITIL V3 Expert Level preferred
* Demonstrated understanding of and experience with change management, configuration management, and release management processes in an ITIL-based environment
* Knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure operations to include change management, configuration management, and release management processes
* Experience with change management tools within ServiceNow and Jira
* Experience with handling technical issues and engaging others to assist in addressing the issues
* Project management experience desirable
* Strong analytical skillset
* Ability to write and speak in the English language



LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Required: ITIL V3 Intermediate Level Certification

Desired: ITIL V3 Expert Level Certification
