Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
Certified Pega BPM Lead System Architect:
10+ years of experience in areas of Web based application in a distributed environment. 5+ years experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment and testing. Responsible for developing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Markets environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as maintain corporate systems architecture. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Employees expected to have in-depth global markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk. Coordinates resources across various applications, operations or projects. Monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Typically requires 10+ years of applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
* Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise. Pega Workflow, Case Management, Integration/Data Migration experience needed.
* Agile experience required
* Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application.
* Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.
* Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units.
* Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components.
* Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions.
Required Skills:
* 10 + years of experience in areas of Web based application in a distributed environment
* CSSA certified & LSA certification required
* At least 5 + years of experience leading and managing technology application teams
* 5+ years' experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, integration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment and testing
* Ability to solve complex business problems on time and on budget
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* Provides leadership and guidance on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives
* Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions
* Ability to develop and foster a strong risk culture
* Excellent communication, written skills and ability to work with senior tech/business management
Desired Skills:
* BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Mathematics OR Quantitative Finance
* Experience in Finance domain and their implementations in Pega and prior work experience in Bank a plus
* Prior Pega framework implementation experience
* Strong Data analysis skills
Working knowledge on contemporary SDLC methodologies like Agile and related SDM tools will be desired
