ECS is seeking a OPSEC Support Element Trainer - Senior to work in our Fort Belvoir, VA office.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

ECS Federal is looking for a Senior OPSEC Support Element (OSE) Trainer to support our team on the government site at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Ideal candidate will have provide support encompassing IO planning, training and execution for garrison operations, field and command post exercises, field and laboratory experimentation tests and evaluations, and contingency crisis actions. Prepare operations/evaluation/assessment plans and annexes for IO, IA, intelligence and security, and vulnerability assessment (VA) support and contribute to the development and review of full-spectrum IO doctrine and the development of IO tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for Army-wide and Joint Service applications. Provide technical analysis of information and information systems operations, security, accreditation and risk-management. Conduct surreptitious entry operations in order to support computer network attacks as part of a full spectrum information warfare assessment. Conduct, prepare and document such attacks. Review unit's operation security (OPSEC) posture and policies. Review assessed unit's tactics, techniques and procedures in terms of physical security. Provide detailed findings and recommendations to the assessed unit(s). Documents the results of after-action analysis in technical reports and executive briefings. Prepares/updates/provides daily operational status briefings.

Required Skills:

* Top Secret/SCI required; others need not apply

Desired Skills:

* Education (Substitution for Experience): Masters with 7 years experience OR Bachelor with 9 years experience OR 13 years of experience will be accepted.
* Exposure to and understanding of Information Operations (and associated areas such as PSYOP, Military Deception).
* Solid understanding of the Army MDMP process
