Systems Integration, Inc. has an opportunity for a Call Center Program Manager for our DHS contract in the Greater Washington, DC area. Qualified applicants will be well-versed with managing call center projects, such as transitioning, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and managing the SLAs/KPIs of each call center. This is a non-technical call center so SII is NOT seeking IT Help Desk candidates.
Requirements
* Bachelors' Degree * 5-7 years' experience managing government call center projects * Ability to multi-task * Proficient in using Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint * Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus * Must be able to travel to the call center as required
