Responsible for providing technical knowledge in the use of Client software, the environment in which it is installed and integrated. This individual must be knowledgeable in the architecture of Client software including the underlying databases, the implementation processes, the ongoing operational processes and the technical infrastructure requirements. The individual works with the Implementation Team, subcontractors, and both technical and non-technical clients, to provide solutions for CareAdvance Enterprise deployment.
Discovers, reviews, analyzes and evaluates client's technical environment for the purpose of determining specific requirements for implementations and custom enhancements.
Installs and performs technical configuration for CareAdvance Enterprise both internal and client owned environments.
Assists with the evaluation and testing of new systems or enhancements before deployment to the client to ensure compliance with functional specifications.
Triages and troubleshoots complex CareAdvance Enterprise software, configuration, and environmental issues.
Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff as relates to assigned projects.
Education & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer science.
3 - 5 years' experience in Healthcare or 2 - 3 years' experience in data analysis or related field.
Must have or ability to obtain CAE Associate Level Certification.
Strong consulting skills.
Have advanced knowledge in the following areas:
Microsoft SQL Server Administration and Transact Language (or similar relational Environment)
Implementation and troubleshooting of ETL processes
Windows Server administration
Network design and troubleshooting
Business Requirements Gathering
