C++ Software Engineer - Autonomous Embedded Systems

Looking for a highly passionate C++ Software Engineer to drive forward our product capabilities for autonomous embedded systems. Simulink and automatic code generation is being used at the forefront of conceptualizing and designing decentralized, distributed components across robotics, automotive and aerospace domains.
Contribute to our platform to enable simulation, verification and code generation for emerging trends in these domains including distributed software architectures, middleware communication, system software services (e.g. exectuion, logging). MATLAB and Simulink experience not required.
Work at the heart of our platform and your code will form part of toolboxes and blocksets built on the Simulink platform.
Contribute to new simulation blocks that enable distributed input and output processing, including the implementation and delivery of these blocks as part of an agile design team. Work with our system architecture teams and code generation teams to integrate the use of these blocks into practical workflows.
Learn and practice the skills necessary to work on large codebases, contributing to the core Simulink and code generation platform.
* A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required. * Programming experience with C++
* Experience with middleware such as ROS or DDS or experience with multi-processing. * Exposure to object oriented design. * Strong software design and algorithm development skills. * Experience with MATLAB, and Simulink is a plus. * Experience with system-level programming on a POSIX-based OS (e.g. LINUX, QNX) is a plus
