Job Description Summary The Business System Analyst is the primary contact for internal day-to-day activities for a variety of PMO systems including the PPM Management System (Planview), SAP and other PMO systems. This person is a system expert who will perform activities such as system support, reporting, training, enhancements and change management. Key Responsibilities: Support various PMO systems, specifically the PPM Management System (Planview), Lonza's SAP ERP system, and other related systems. Provides day-to-day system support of the PPM system life cycle maintenance document for system maintenance. Assist in performing user training to all levels of the organization, as required. Facilitate KPI and metric development and reporting for senior management. The Data Administrator would oversee day to day PPM production support activities, resolving issues, and ensuring that the system is performing is accordance to system requirements. Strong customer service skills, including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. Ensure that global PM teams work efficiently and effectively. Ability to identify complex problems or solutions, formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternatives and their implications, then implement best path forward. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer requests and translate them into actionable process flows or configuration modifications for potential implementation.
