* Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud * Specifically Account, Territory Assignment, Sales Strategy and Sales Alignment * Has experience implementing, proposing Client features to solve business problems outlined in the requirements * Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and systems, eliciting use case scenarios, requirements, gaps ( both business process and systems ) * Responsible for BSA artifacts on the project - flow diagrams, requirements documentation/prioritizing, impact analysis, ppt deck preparation to guide meetings, use cases to identify gaps, * Responsible for decomposition of requirements into agile documentation for scrum team translation ( use stories, acceptance criteria, tests ) * Experienced in independently driving requirement meetings and follow up sessions in order to arrive to requirements that are development ready. * Great Communication skills
