Position Description

* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
* Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
* Writes detailed description of u ser needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
* Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practice s, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs a variety of tasks.
* May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide d egree of creativity and latitude is expected.
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications

* Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years.
* Need understanding of SDLC process SQL Certification is a plus
* Be able to work with the product line managers and business process consultants to create technical requirements
* Be able to work with Developers and Testers to create SDLC documentation
