Serco will provide significant effort to bring the new candidate up to speed on our operations. This candidate should however come to the table with an analytical mind and some experience in tool development, business process, or preferably both. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
