Basic Purpose
This position is part of the Card Fraud Prevention Analytics team within Security.
Responsibilities:
* Create macros to automate business processes using scripting tools
* Analyze and document business requirements and operational processes
* Develop and coordinate issue resolutions; monitor results for long term viability
* Investigate operational problems; recommend solutions to customer
* Monitor performance of systems to ensure continued systems efficiency
* Represent the business unit in identifying, analyzing and communicating system solutions
* Apply and communicate changes and new trends in systems/technology
* Conduct and/or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results
* Develop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes
* Discover and troubleshoot system issues and determine scope, scale and impact
* Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
* Solid hands-on experience in creating and maintaining macros using tools (e.g.: AutoIT scripting)
* Advanced hands-on experience with SQL; JMP and other business intelligence tools
* Advanced experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions
* Advanced experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
* Advanced research, analytical, and problem solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong ability to work closely with business units to determine needs, prioritize, and execute their strategy
* Strong ability to manage priorities and communicate updates
Desired:
* Experience with usage and navigation of TSYS Green Screens and database tables
* Advanced knowledge of Navy Federal Credit Card and Debit Card systems, services, programs, policies and procedures
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
