Capital Senior Living is seeking a Business System Analyst. This position will report to the Business Systems Manager and will need to have a wide-ranging skill set. This position will assist with the continual improvement of customer support, system implementation and security as well as system data analytics. This position will also be responsible for special projects, end user support, maintaining system security and helping with the IT audit.

Applicants need to be very familiar with the following:

Communicating with Executives and End Users regarding financial reports and business system issues and understanding the importance of resolving business system related issues for those end users in a fast, friendly and thorough manner

System upgrades and implementations, including using proper change management

Financial report creation and verification

Very proficient in Microsoft Excel

SQL and Query writing

Assisting with security analysis and user security audits

Developing training and webinars for new and existing system functionality

Yardi experience a plus

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience, a college degree, financial report writing experience, system upgrade/implementation experience and will be excited about learning new things and growing within the Information Technology Department

Relocation assistance is not provided for this role. Telecommuting is not available for this role. Work hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F.
