Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

As the IT Business Analyst you will ensure the technical solutions for JUST's business requirements are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for providing functional support to business partners across functions - developing, implementing and supporting new applications and services that integrate people, process and technologies, enabling efficient business operations.

Responsibilities

* Oversee business process analysis, requirements gathering, functional and technical design, solution implementation, systems integration, testing, user training, and production support
* Document current and future state business processes across multiple functions.
* Identify key opportunities and gaps in core business processes and technology solutions
* Implements best practices, acts as a strategic partner to drive innovation and improvement
* Collaborate with business intelligence design and development; create reports and KPIs
* Support a range of IT projects, schedules, milestones, critical path, scope and budget - tracking and communicating project status to respective team members and stake holders
* Assist in troubleshooting and responding to IT issue
* Support IT director with additional ad-hoc projects and needs

About You

Education & Experience:

* College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required
* 3+ years of business-related experience including enterprise application support and dimensional data modeling
* Demonstrated experience in success at delivering technical solutions that solve complex business problems
* Experience with application integration for wholesales and logistics preferred

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong communications skills, with an ability to interface and present to audiences across organization
* Microsoft SQL Server administration, database design, and T-SQL
* Business Intelligence development in Microsoft stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL Server, Power BI)
* Understanding of "Order to Cash" and "Procure to Pay" processes optimization
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, assessment capabilities, and sharp critical thinking
* Ability multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Business Intelligence development in Microsoft stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL Server, Power BI)
