Must Have skills

* Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)•
* Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
* Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
* Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
* High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
* Ability to adopt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
* Strong in use of business analysis tools such as, Microsoft office suite, visualization, and requirements management tools to interpret, condense, and communicate complex graphical and statistical information
* Able to query data through SQL queries
* 4 - 6 years of progressive, broad based IT experience participating in Agile Development efforts and playing a key role toward successful implementation of the initiatives
* 4-6 years of Automotive Finance Industry knowledge or Mortgage Industry specifically for origination and servicing

Good to have skills

* Knowledge of Finance process
* Knowledge of SAP FI module
* Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana

Day to Day responsibilities

* Drive User Story generation across business and technology teams to support a healthy backlog of capability development within assigned domain
* Able to understand, analyze and map Data elements require in business processes of Auto Finance industry e.g., Origination, Servicing
* Able to create mock up data files in different formats (e.g., csv, xml) required for pilot processes
* Act as critical advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process and procedures, and change management efforts
* Facilitate successful delivery for assigned releases
* Ensure internal IT and business needs are clearly identified, designed and constructed to meet quality standards.
* Work closely with the Business units and IT partners to create, identify, and evaluate deliverables such as user stories, business process models, user manuals, test plans and test results, as well as release plans
* Create, evaluate, and present complex technical business cases, "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, "current" and "future" technology integration design recommendations to colleagues, management, business customers and vendors
* Ensure adherence to Change Management and Release Management processes
* Able to do QA for the required User stories
