Job Description

Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) Finance is building a centralized reporting framework which integrates financial, HR, and operational data across all business functions. Our team has established a reputation as the go-to-resource for driving business opportunity analyses and providing accurate data reporting for our finance and business partners. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be part of a growing Finance Analytics team and help us scale our end-to-end Reporting and Analytics capabilities to uncover insights and opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities:

* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate necessary data sources to support business analysis and reporting
* Design new data models, pipelines, and highly available self-service reporting tools
* Continually improve recurring reporting and analysis processes via re-architecture or automated solutions
* Optimize query performance through efficient data architecture design in Redshift to ensure timely and accurate data for business critical activities
* Recognize and adopt best practices for building a scalable business intelligence platform
* Apply analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions
