Job Description

AWS Tech360 group team is looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to play a key role in building their industry leading Customer Information Analytics Platform. Are you passionate about Data visualization and highly scalable data platforms? Do you enjoy building end to end Analytics solutions to help drive business decisions? And if you have experience in building and maintaining highly scalable data warehouses and intuitive data insights then we need you!

The BIE, must be analytical and creative, with the ability to think critically about data, draw insights and a master in storytelling through visualizations. Provide on-line reporting and analysis using business intelligence tools and a logical abstraction layer against large, multi-dimensional datasets and multiple sources. Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture. Produce comprehensive, usable dataset documentation and metadata.

As a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer,

You will be developing and managing dashboards, including all back-end data acquisition and visualizing the data.

You will be an expert in the architecture of DW solutions for the Enterprise using multiple platforms (RDBMS, Columnar, Cloud).

You will liaise with software teams, developers, SDE's, Data Engineers and businesses stakeholders alike to understand data needs.

You will ensure the high performance and availability of our dashboards while setting a high bar for Data Integrity.

You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to develop and define key business questions, and to build data sets that answer those questions.

Above all you should be passionate about working with huge data sets and someone who loves to bring datasets together to answer business questions and drive change.
