Amazon.com is searching for a leader - Business Intelligence Engineer to drive the growth of Selection WW. As the Business Intelligence Engineer you will be responsible for data and statistical analysis and providing actionable insights to the business. These insights will be used to drive strategic decisions for the business. You'll be required to determine what's driving the product input and output metrics, even in the absence of clear guidelines; to work with different teams to develop visualizations that move the business forward through better informed decisions.

In this role you will:

* Be hands-on with SQL to build analyses and contribute to the better understanding of our customer behavior
* Conduct statistical analyses to keep the business aligned with our financial goals
* Help us setting direction and build the future of our metrics and reporting
* Invent and innovate - Tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations
* Design and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, scorecards and reporting for the team
* Work closely with various stakeholders to define the information needed and how best to present it
* Support leadership with timely recurring and ad-hoc analyses
