Amazon Advertising seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Experimentation team to contribute to uncovering and building solutions to fuel campaign testing for our customers and internal teams. This person will be tasked with thinking critically about how to combine elements from existing systems, technologies and operational workflows, and translate this into tools and products that allow users to pursue testing in a fault-tolerant, insights-focused way. The ideal candidate must be willing to effectively project manage and prioritize across multiple tasks, exhibit strong problem solving skills and autonomy, and be ready to jump into a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment.
* Work closely with product, operations, engineering and analytics teams to convert manual processes into automation. * Create, own and maintain first generation prototype tools to feed future production features. * Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather feedback to inform scope, evaluate options, and continually refine and iterate on solutions over time. * Create, own and maintain input and output metrics for your solutions that allow audit of user adoption, usage patterns and defect monitoring. * Uncover data anomalies to drive structured always-on testing, recommendations and product innovation on behalf of customers. * Drive alignment with stakeholders to carry your solutions forward into changes in workflow and processes to fuel innovation.
