Job Description

Are you excited about developing products and programs that provide impactful insights to inform business decisions? Global compensation team is hiring a Business Intelligence Engineer to build and drive the metrics and analytics needed for compensation product and program development.

You will have an opportunity to help the transformation of compensation products to enable scientific and technically proficient programs. You will help to shape the strategic direction and enable faster and confident compensation decisions at scale.

This position requires an experienced, solution-oriented candidate with a combination of strong data engineering, statistical and analytical capability, the ability to influence with data-driven recommendations, and excellent problem solving abilities. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups to provide data solutions data visualization that are organized and simple to understand.

In this role, you will:

* Leverage your technical skills to lead the development of data models, work with stakeholders to create common definitions and develop reports and dashboards in a way that allows users easy access without exposing restricted data.
* Use your knowledge from BI tools to create intuitive and informative reports and dashboards that informs effective business decision making.
* Provide ad-hoc or special project support with deep dive data analysis to test hypotheses and guide actions.
* Adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
* Utilize data science techniques to mine and manipulate large data sets, develop & refine machine learning models to deliver predictive data analytics that will inform program design.
