SCOT Finance's Analytics Team is seeking a talented individual who enjoy the challenge of diving into complex problems and solving the unsolvable to help our partners make impactful business decisions. SCOT Finance measures & improves WW Inventory Buying, Sourcing and Placement programs. We regularly work directly with SCOT and Retail leadership, software developers, economists, research scientists, and statisticians to generate financial insights and drive supply chain improvement. In this role you will…
* Dive deep to create insights on how well Amazon is taking care of the customer as it relates to inventory buying, sourcing and placement. * Drive business changes through data insights to improve a wide range of internal products that impact buying, sourcing and placement decisions. * Manage medium to large-scale data analysis projects, identify business and technical requirements, and build automated reporting and insight methodologies and tools that are financially grounded, yet explainable operationally. * Develop improvements and invent new ways to manipulate/mine data from a variety of data sources (Redshift, S3, etc.) * Provide analytical support to improve quality and standard of deliverables across wider Finance team * Partner with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to design and support large scale reporting and decision making suite of products.
