Everest Global Services, a member of Everest Re Group, is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer for our Financial Services unit, located at our headquarters in Liberty Corner, New Jersey.

The primary responsibility of this position is to design, develop and analyze data models, reports and dashboards that support Financial Services. This includes analyzing business requirements to determine optimal technical solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Work in a team setting in relation to design and development activities using approved database and software development tools and methodologies.
* Collaborate with Everest Technology Services.
* Design and build data models, reports, visualizations and dashboards. Tackle business problems by converting raw data to meaningful and actionable business ideas.
* Work from business requirements to develop optimal technical solutions.
* Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing and documentation for system implementations.
* Coordinated test plans and acceptance criteria.
* Perform root cause analysis on issues and provide effective timely technology resolutions.
* Provide ongoing production support of our BI / Analytics applications (i.e. document, test, and implement & business user communication).

Work Experience and Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* 1 - 5 years of Business Intelligence experience
* TM1/Planning Analytics experience is preferred.
* Proficient in data modeling and visualization. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Other BI tools a plus (QlikView, Tableau).
* Excellent MS Excel skills.
* Experience in Business data and analytics solution development and implementation, including data warehouse development, dimensional modeling, ETL creation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with SQL and VBA a plus.
* Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets and build innovative solutions.
