Current Opportunities - BI Engineers-Ongoing Projects

While we are a firm of full-time, salaried consultants, we occasionally have a need for strong BI Engineers on a project basis to help maintain dashboards and build reporting systems across many of our Fortune 500 clients. As an Affiliate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to join a growing firm that emphasizes career development, work-life balance, & innovative, exciting projects. Lenati strives to quickly reengage our Affiliate Consultants after successfully rolling off projects, and we hire with the intention of converting strong performers into full-time employees.

As it pertains to our project-based BI Engineer work, we're typically seeking individuals with strong backgrounds in the following:

* Relational databases - SQL Server or similar. Must have an understanding of working in a database to structure tables, write queries, and create ETL processes. Must also have a strong understanding of data manipulation techniques like joining tables and grouping and summarizing values. Experience working with industry standard tools like SSMS, SSIS and SSAS is a plus.
* Excel skills - the ability to use Pivot tables, lookup functions, create charts and tables, connect to data sources, and other data manipulation
* Required Programming Skills - experience working with R, Python, SQL, DAX, MDX
