Description
Position Summary. This analyst supports the Account Planning and Analysis team to help achieve or exceed spend and revenue targets, ensure high customer satisfaction with existing Avendra programs, and achieve greater penetration of Avendra offerings through supporting Customer Care initiatives and Reporting.
Position Reports to Director, Account Planning & Analysis
Primary Responsibilities
* Prototype and develop new reporting and analytical tools for Customer Care organization
* Analyze spend and other data to identify opportunities
* Implement regularly scheduled documents and reports in support of account objectives and communication goals
* Work closely with clients and internal associates to meet their analytical support needs
* Measure results against objectives

* Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL and pivot tables
* Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Overnight Travel Requirements. Type: None
Years of Relevant Experience. 2-4 years of experience. Hospitality industry or related industry experience preferred.
Education Requirements. BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
