This is a full-time position that is part of the Medicaid TPL team, with responsibility for the processing, analysis, and reporting of operational and financial metrics in support of the business unit. The incumbent will take a creative, insightful approach to providing accurate, consistent information in conformance with established deadlines. These analyses will be based on data derived from the corporate data warehouse, customer, and/or third-party data.

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Conduct daily operations centered around processing of payer eligibility data. Develop, design, tune and maintain ETL processes. Efficiently deliver information to internal stakeholders in an automated manner using technologies such as SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to produce accurate, visually appealing, fully documented reports that are clear and actionable. Work with business interests in refining and documenting reporting requirements on an ad hoc and regular basis, to create reports and data extracts to support the needs of operational departments. Develop an understanding of operational processes and data flows pertaining to relevant products and systems. Communicate results completely and clearly to management. Protect member's personal and personal health information by limiting report content and access where appropriate Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements

* 3+ years of experience with SQL and at least 1 year of experience with MSSQL Server 2012/2014/2016
* 2+ years of experience with ETL development utilizing SSIS
* 1+ year of experience with production data operations/high volume; preferably healthcare claim data
* Proficient with SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
* Ability to multi-task and effectively adapt/work under deadlines
* Ability to translate data into meaningful information in easily understood report or presentation formats
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills
* Customer orientation

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services

Education - BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience
