Job Description

Description:• Coordinate all technical application changes across the SAP and BizTalk ecosystem including systems hosted in the MFC and I2D2 data centers. The applications include SAP ERP, MII, Redwood, and BizTalk.

* Work with other MFC IT groups as the SAP technical group adopts DevOps / Agile project methodologies.
* Work collaboratively with other IT support personnel (developers, business analysts, application architects) to institute changes as seamlessly as possible throughout the enterprise environment.
* Develop and maintain communication out to the MFC user community on upcoming changes to applications and systems.
* Participate in MFC's Digital Transformation Project as a change coordinator for the deployment of new technologies.
* Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams as needed to plan sprints, translate stories into technical tasks, and assist other team members with their DevOps efforts.
* Liaison with the Apriso and CAPP support team on major change deployment events.
* Liaison with the Lockheed Martin infrastructure and app services groups on hosting, Solution Manager, CHaRM, GRC, IDM, and other service related activities.
* Assist with the resolution of all user support requests from the Service Central ITSM system.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related.

Experience or training in agile project methodology.

Have knowledge of modern DevOps software development practices.

Have course work and/or experience with web services. Understanding of Information Technology life cycle and service level management.

Desired Skills:

Experience / training using the Atlassian suite of DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket).

Exposure to SAP or other COTS type business software package solutions.

Some training or experience with software development languages and protocols (HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, Phython, PHP, etc.)

Some experience using AWS Cloud Services.
