In this role you will: work directly with users to define requirements, both functional and non-functional, for application enhancements. You will also work with the developers and testers and various team members to ensure that the team has a common understanding of the requirements and assist in resolving questions between users and the technical team. You will create the documentation to support each enhancement and participate in peer reviews throughout the project, which could include data analysis tasks. You may be asked to assist with test planning and execution if needed. You will work with users to create user acceptance test scenarios and support the users during the UAT period.

Required Qualifications

* 8+ years experience
* EPLC/SDLC experience
* Requirements documentation, use cases, and user stories
* Functional and Non-Functional requirements
* Requirements Traceability Matrix
* Basic PL/SQL - data queries
* Use of ALM or similar requirements management tool
* Business Process Flows and use of Visio
* UAT scenarios and support

Desired Qualifications

* Experience in a CMMI or similar environment
* Agile experience is helpful
* Testing experience
* Data analysis experience
* JIRA or ALM experience
* Change Management and Configuration Management knowledge and focus
* Detail-oriented
