Job SummaryBusiness Analyst role. We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Technical Business Analyst who will work with our clients to ensure business requirements are defined and delivered. Knowledgeable about FICO's Customer Communications Services product, you will be able to properly position best practices and usage to deliver value to our clients. As hands on Technical Business Analyst, you will also bring an understanding of test principles, tools and methodologies. You are a pragmatic visionary that can effectively determine the right amount of testing required to ensure quality releases are in place to determine what and how many of the test cases need to be executed for enhancements applied to an Application. • Job Description Works with the client to leverage best practice use of CCS to address communication needs Represents the CCS product and its best practice usage to our client Serve as the point of contact between the customer and Development Team on business requirements Conduct workshops with the customer face to face or over the phone for consulting and issue resolution Requirements gathering, preparing Functional specification for the project by working with the Customer either at onsite or offshore Support client activities all through the implementation of project life cycle. Work closely with customer project lead and entire project team to ensure that all functional deliverables are delivered successfully Provide functional support during Go-Live Support System Integration testing and User acceptance testing Client facing in support of the Regional team but working directly with Client technical resources and testers Develops a Test Plan that incorporates the strategies of how to accomplish testing, especially FICO QA Testing, Joint System Integration testing, and Client Functional Testing Work with the Client on their test plans and execution Be part of the team that evaluates FICO test case suite to ensure proper coverage Evaluate Client's test cases and conditioned test data and compare to the requirements Participate with the client during Client Testing; perform initial validation of errors, and triage/troubleshoot any issues found Defect Management and proactive identification of risks to management Implementing best-practice quality assurance processes, practices and procedures Ensuring that the delivery team members follow established software QA methodology, guidelines and standards Regularly reassess current processes and improve as needed Collaborate with other teams, including Development, Product Engineering and Production Support to release software Partner with other members of the Account facing team in developing healthy client relationships Ensure they understand your processes and give you what you need to deliver quality results Why Make a Move to FICO?
