Position Summary:

The machine operator will be responsible for supporting operating equipment in the areas of coating, compounding, and/or converting. This position is responsible for supporting the production of valuable, defect-free products that meet or exceed our customer's' expectations. The machine operator will be successful in this position by executing to standard work and adhering to all company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide timely & efficient 2nd tier support (1st tier is super user community)
* May be dedicated as primary contact for BA support requests by region or functional area.
* Seeks to understand business need, builds user stories, meets sprint commitments, satisfies the "definition of done" and works collaboratively to maximize team velocity.
* Enhancement of existing SAP SD modules and development of necessary enhancements.
* Respond to queries, utilizing documentation as needed
* Designs/Creates functional requirements for system related changes
* Perform analysis and investigation into root cause of problems, propose solutions
* Log issues, determine best way to handle common queries/issues on ongoing basis
* Executes or coordinates system integration testing, User testing; performs tests and modifies application configurations to resolve errors
* Tracks and fully documents changes; writes detailed procedures for permanent records and for use in training
* Increase skills and knowledge by interacting with other BA's and Service Owners using appropriate methodology
* Participate in regional / global project assignments that add business value
* Highest priority is given to tasks/projects falling in or related to assigned area of responsibility
* Works with 3rdparty support company coordinating support or enhancement related tasks.
* Creates and documents strategies; and develops, coordinates and executes standards, policies, methods and procedures for ERP business processes
* Consults with system process owners to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access
* Provides technical and lead assistance in training all levels of SAP users; develops SAP user procedures and training curriculum; conducts training sessions

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Four-year college or university degree/certificate or strongly related compensatory work experience
* Ability to read/write/speak in English.
* 2-4 years of IT experience as a business analyst including 2 yrs in SAP Sales & Distribution
* Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly & stand for 80% of shift
* Ability to bend, twist & reach to perform job duties
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to read & follow written directions
* Detail oriented, strong work ethic & a positive can do attitude
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Ability work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Quality conscious and attention to detail
* Ability to maintain standards of production, both in quantity and quality.
* Willingness and ability to be cross-trained on other systems and in other departments
* Willingness to travel up to 20% within and outside of the US.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Experience with Salesforce will be a preference
* Experience with e-commerce website integration
